"I Said, 'I'm in a Library!' What?"
I'm in the YU library, and someone is currently talking a bit too loudly on their phone. They actually said, "Yes, I'm in the library." I heard it quite clearly.

Nothing beats the time I was writing a paper in the library and the idiot sitting next to me was chatting away on his cell phone the whole time. And this was a long paper.
Ha. One time I was studing chemistry, and the woman next to me was calling her various friends and docotr, to give up to date info on the results of her gall bladdder surgery.
"Nahh the stiches haven't come out yet. I'm going to call my doctor." "Hey doc: This is Sheila. The stiches haven't come out yet." "Give it a few days! I GAVE IT NINE! A few more? Ok I'll call you back in five minutes."
