My Illegal Operation Got Shut Down

I just started up Excel on on of YU's computer stations, and a box pops up telling me:

Microsoft Excel can't proofread Korean text. This feature is not installed.
Would you like to install it now?

As many of you know, I am not Korean. Nor am I wont to type in Korean. I am quite befuddled as to why Microsoft Excel is asking me to install said feature. For now, it will have to remain a mystery.
